How Does the Write a Review Button Work

Both positive and negative reviews are crucial in building your brand image. They help you realise where it is excelling and where it needs improvement.

AfterShip Reviews helps brands collect authentic customer feedback via AliExpress, CSV files, and review request emails. To allow customers to leave reviews effortlessly, the review widget also hosts a Write a review button on your online store.

Customer experience

Upon clicking the button, your store visitors will be asked to fill in a few details like name, email address, rating, feedback, etc.

At least 10 characters are required to submit a review successfully. They can go up to 2000 characters.

All the content fields are mandatory to be filled so that you have proper details to evaluate later on

Customers can also upload images of the products that they have bought and leaving a review for. The image field is optional.

Maximum 6 images are allowed.

By default, the star rating is set to 5, but customers will be able to revise it based on their experience

Merchant experience

All the reviews submitted by your store visitors won’t go live immediately. You can review the customer feedback and make them live as per preference.

For every new review submitted, you’ll get an email notification in the following template.

You will be able to change the appearance of the button in the near future.
