AfterShip Reviews can now be easily integrated with Slack to let you check and respond to new reviews and NPS on the go.

Steps to build a Slack connection with AfterShip Reviews

First, make sure you have a Slack workspace. In case you don’t, please follow this help article to create one
Visit the Slack integration page here
Click Install app


Choose the organization
Click Install app



Choose the Slack channel where you want to send new reviews and NPS notifications
Choose the store you want to send notifications for
The integration is done. You can check the integration status on the Apps page

Integration benefits

Here’s what you can do with this integration:

1. For new reviews


New reviews generated from the storefront, automatic emails, and manual emails will trigger a new Slack message where you can update the review status with a single click.
For detailed messages, you can click the View More button to open the review on the AfterShip Reviews admin and take necessary actions (Check more photos/videos or reply to the review).

2. For new NPS


The new NPS generated from the storefront, automatic emails, and manual emails will trigger a new Slack message. For detailed messages, you can click on the View More button to check the NPS on the AfterShip Reviews admin.
