How to Provide Default Social Sharing Post Content to Reviewers?
Social networking sites are the place where businesses find their target audience easily. Therefore, they invest in paid advertisements for customer acquisition and engage with followers to build a strong brand image and secure good reviews.
With Automizely Reviews, you can provide default content to reviewers so that they can easily share their feedback on Facebook and Twitter.
Go to the ‘Social sharing’ option of the Referrals section > Click on ‘Enabled’
Under the ‘Text’ tab, you will see the content is already there for Facebook and Twitter. If you want to modify it, enter your preferred content. You can mention hashtags and use the available merge tags: Store name, Store URL, Review content, and Product name
The maximum character limit for Facebook is 2000, while 100 is for Twitter. Also, check previews for both social media platforms just to be sure that everything is looking good 🙂
Now, just click on the ‘Save’ button to finish the procedure.
